Termos e Condições - noções fundais
This is, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) is a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this site. The T&C establishes the legal framework that governs the activities of site visitors, or their clients, during their visit or interaction with this site. The intention of the T&C is to establish a legal relationship between the visitors of the site and the owner of the site.
OS T&C must be established according to the specific needs and nature of each site. For example, a site that offers products to customers involving electronic commerce transactions requires T&Cs that are different from two T&Cs of a site that offers only information (such as a blog, a home page for directions to others and so on).
T&C gives you, as owner of the site, the possibility of protecting yourself against possible legal exposures. However, this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so seek local legal guidance in order to protect yourself from legal exposure.
Or that it does not include a T&C document
